RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
The company pays a lot of attention to Research and Development (R&D) activities. Currently, we have been working in several areas directly related to helicopter operations. Coming across customers expectations and the growing market of advanced technologies, our experts from the R&D & Engineering Division, either on their own or in partnership with other entities, develop innovative projects that provide a competitive advantage to services provided by the WZL1.
WZL1’s CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
We place importance on continuous and balanced growth, building our success with emphasis on corporate social responsibility. We have been investing into human resources, we collaborate with scientific institutes, schools and universities including the Technical University of Łódź, and we come across the needs of local communities. We create new jobs for the „young-ones” and we support various initiatives such as, e.g. refurbishment of a fire engine of 1907 or funding fabrication and installation of lockers for pupils of the Bychlewo primary school.
